AC180p problem UPS

I found problem: If AC180P is used as a UPS for a refrigerator, then there may come a time when there is a long absence of external power, when the battery is completely discharged, it turns off, and when the external power is turned on, only the AC180P itself turns on to charge the battery, but the refrigerator will remain turned off, and this is bad. How do I get AC180P to automatically turn on AC when external power appears? Is it possible to add the “Default AC on/off” item in the APP?

Really good model but with one little problem

I love design and tech specs of this model!
But! There is a problem with "Pass-through Charging" technology. Exactly this model often doesnt work correctly. When and how? During operation, if there is a power outage (while the device is in "Pass-through Charging" mode), the device itself completely shuts down! This issue does not occur 100% of the time, but approximately once every 8 times for me, although I have heard of cases where it happens two out of three times. Unfortunately, this issue does not pertain to a specific unit but affects the entire product line (or possibly a batch or several batches).

Q1: What is Power Lifting Mode？

A:

In this mode, AC180P can run high-power heating devices up to 2.700W, such as space heaters, hair dryers, electric blankets, etc.

Do NOT use this unit to run an air conditioner or washing machine.
Q2: Can it charge and discharge at the same time?

A:

Yes.
Q3: How do I know whether my appliance can work well with the AC180P?

A:

Calculate the total wattage of your devices. AC180P should work if the load doesn't exceed its rated 1.800W.
Q4: How long can it run my device?
A: The AC180P has different running times depending on the device you're using it with.
For high-power devices, the running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ load power.
For low-power devices, the running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ (load power + self-consumption of AC180P). DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency.
For AC180P, DoD is 90%, η is 85%, and self-consumption is about 15W. E.g. If you run a 100W blender with it, the running time will be: 1440Wh × 90% × 85% ÷ (100W+15W) ≈ 7,66 hrs
Note: 1) The formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors, like refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. 2) The above data is for reference ONLY.

Q13: Can I expand its capacity by connecting it to B80/B230/B300/B300S batteries?

A:

Currently, the AC180P doesn't support capacity expansion with B80P, B230, or B300 batteries, but it can be charged by these batteries through Power Bank Mode. To connect the B80 battery, you'll need the Aviation to DC7909 cable, while the P090D cable is required for B230/B300 batteries.
