• Q4: Does the 10-year warranty policy apply to the fans and WiFi modules?
  A: No. The warranty for the fans and WiFi modules is 24 months.

  A: No, the EP760 only works with B500 battery packs.

  A: Yes, you can. Please tell me the power and voltage of your existing PV system, as well as the power and voltage of the inverter, and we will provide you with a suitable solution.

  A: Yes. However, it’s recommended to prioritize DC coupling since it’s more efficient and can be used during outages. The EP760 has three MPPT channels; each handles up to 3.000W solar input via DC coupling and supports a voltage range of 150V-500V and a maximum working current of 12,5A.
• Q18: Can I use installed solar panels and inverter together with the EP760?
  A: Yes. EP760 works with existing solar systems via AC coupling in an on-grid installation but it’s not available if installed off-grid and when there is an outage. If your current inverter is aging and can't be repaired, EP760 can replace your malfunctioning inverter via DC coupling.
• Q19: Is it necessary to ground the EP760 unit?
  A: Yes, grounding the EP760 unit is necessary for safety reasons and proper functionality.
• Q20: Can I install more than 4 B500 battery packs?
  A: No. EP760 accepts 2-4 B500 batteries for now.
