Close attention to costumer

Made an order of a PV200 before spring sales were on. Just right after that, the next day or so, the price droped and then contacted Bluetti costumer service just for them to match the price that I paid to the new sales price. Question solved fast and nicely. Beside that, the panel is very good and adding this to the way they dealed with the issue, made me bought another one. Very pleased.

Much better output compared to no-name panels on Aliexpress

We used portable ETFE panels found on Aliexpress. Disappointed by the power they managed to harvest in spite of proper summer sunlight, we investigated other brands and found the Bluetti ones. Luckily, we won one via a Bluetti contest. In optimal sun conditions, the PV200 reaches almost 95% of its design capacity, while the ones from aliexpress were struggling to reach 55%. Moreover, the Bluetti panels are foldable, have this nice handle and kickstand. Not cheap, but a real deal nonetheless!
