How is the installation date calculated?
BLUETTI promises an installation fulfillment within 10 working days upon confirmation of your service appointment. Should the service be unable to be completed within the agreed time owing to the fault of BLUETTI, BLUETTI shall bear the liability therefor, and you may be entitled to compensation.

What if I caused the delay?
If your request is delayed or canceled through no fault of BLUETTI, you may NOT be entitled to compensation. However, you can reschedule the installation service at your earliest convenience.

How do I know if the EP600 is installed properly?
Please refer to the checklist below:
1. System assembly: All components should be in place and connected to the grid and other devices (e.g. solar panels) as required.
2. Electrical connections: Please refer to the user manual for proper connections. It is the responsibility of your installer to ensure that the connections must comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
3. Program setup and calibration: The installer should set up and calibrate the program for your energy storage system and ensure that it can operate according to its designed specifications.
4. Performance testing: The installer should test the performance of the system (capacity, efficiency, cycle life, safety, etc.), which needs to meet the design specifications and the customer's requirements.
Once you've confirmed the above, you acknowledge that the EP600 has been installed properly. Finally, the installer will provide an installation report for your confirmation.
